Explore and celebrate fantastic flavors with rich food prepared by Shawn Niles (The Fat Pastor) paired with the excellent wines crafted by the family of Icicle Ridge Winery.
Ingalls Creek Enrichment Center will guide you through a feast of the senses in a way that edifies your spirit, inspired by the work of Dr. Gisela Kreglinger.
Due to the nature of this event, tickets are available only to those age 21 and over, and special diets cannot be accommodated. Cancellation policy for the Taste & See event: Tickets are transferable. No refunds will be issued.

Course 1 – Amalfi Clam Chowder – White Wine & Pancetta,Parmigiano, Charred Leek Oil

Course 3 – Wood-Fired Filet Mignon, Huckleberry Mostarda, Mascarpone Mashed Potatoes, Fondant Carrots

This event explores the enjoyment of food, wine, and table fellowship as a spiritual practice.
